Cup lock Scaffolding System
The Cup lock Scaffolding System is a versatile and high-load-capacity scaffolding solution used in construction, demolition, and maintenance projects. Its defining feature is a unique node point connection that allows for up to four horizontal members to be securely joined to a vertical member with a single action, eliminating the need for traditional nuts, bolts, or wedges.
This efficient locking mechanism consists of a fixed lower cup and a sliding upper cup. The forged blade ends of the horizontal members (ledgers and transoms) are placed into the lower cup. The upper cup is then slid down, rotated, and tightened with a hammer blow, creating a rigid and positive connection. This design significantly speeds up assembly and dismantling, while maintaining a high level of safety. The system is fully compatible with a complete range of safety accessories.

Cuplock Standards: Vertical Components
