Scaffolding Accessories

Spigot Connectors

Spigots are used to create secure, end-to-end vertical connections between two Cuplock standards.

These connectors are manufactured from a 300 mm long square tube. They can either be welded directly onto the top of a standard or provided as a separate, loose component. Loose spigots are connected to the standard using nuts and bolts, offering a flexible and reliable way to extend the height of the scaffolding system.

Intermediate Transoms

Intermediate Transoms

Intermediate transoms are used within the Cuplock scaffolding system to provide additional support for scaffold boards. They are deployed in situations where the distance between two vertical standards is too wide to be safely spanned by a single scaffold board.

Available in various lengths, these transoms ensure the integrity and safety of the working platform.

Cuplock Bracing

For the diagonal bracing of scaffolding, a variety of longitudinal braces are available. These braces are specifically designed to be fitted into the cups of the vertical Cuplock standards.

Each brace is equipped with swivel forged blades at both ends. This design allows them to be securely connected to the system’s cups, ensuring the structural stability and rigidity of the scaffolding.

Adjustable Base Jack

The Adjustable Base Jack is a fundamental component of scaffolding systems. It serves as the foundation for the vertical standards or formwork. Its primary function is to provide a stable base for the entire structure.

Crucially, the base jack allows for precise adjustments to the scaffold’s height, accommodating uneven ground and ensuring the entire structure is level and stable

Socket Base

The Socket Base is a crucial component of the scaffolding system, designed to work with the Universal Jack. It provides a stable footing and is pre-drilled to allow for a securing bolt to be inserted for additional stability if needed.

Crafted from high-quality steel with precise welding, each piece is designed for extreme durability. The socket base is finished with either a durable powder coating or paint for enhanced longevity.

Spigot Base Plate

Spigot Base Plate

Our 150 x 150 mm base plate features a 6.0mm thick steel plate that provides a secure base and bears the load of scaffolding structures. It is suitable for a wide range of commercial and construction projects. Each component is precisely welded using high-quality steel and finished with a durable powder coat or paint for exceptional durability and a premium finish.

Swivel/Rocking Base Plate

Our Swivel/Rocking Leveling Jacks provide the stability and support your scaffolding needs. Made of steel, these jacks are designed to easily adjust to any angle, making them ideal for use on uneven ground. They are compatible with modular, tubular, and frame systems, providing a strong foundation that supports heavy loads. We prioritize safety and quality in every design to ensure a reliable product.

Universal Jack

Universal Jack

The Universal Jack is a versatile tool for adjusting the height of scaffold structures. It can be used at both the top and bottom of a scaffold and is compatible with various accessories, including Fork Heads, Socket Bases, and Drop Head Adaptors. Its threaded tube allows for easy and precise height adjustments.

  • Size: 660mm x 38mm x 4mm

Adjustable Fork Head

The Adjustable Fork Head is a versatile and essential tool for supporting formwork. It connects to the top of a standard and features a U-shaped head designed to cradle both primary and secondary aluminum beams, as well as decking beams. Its adjustable length provides flexibility for various project requirements.

Key Specifications

  • Maximum Length: 660 mm
  • Safe Working Load: 40 kN

Fixed Fork Head

Fixed Fork Head

The Fork Head is engineered to mount on any standard jack, providing secure support for primary bearers. It is suitable for a wide range of shoring applications, from light to heavy loads.

Compatibility:

  • Traditional timber bearers
  • Aluminum formwork bearers
  • Standard universal steel sections

Beam Bracket (Cup Lock)

Beam Brackets are designed to support drop beams within a standard slab support grid. This removes the need for ground-based propping, simplifying the process. These brackets are compatible with adjustable jacks and standards, allowing them to reach the precise level of the beam bottom. Each bracket has a safe load capacity of 20 kN

Cantilever Frame

The Edge Support Frame is designed to provide secure support for decking and formwork along edges. One end of the frame has ledger blades that fit into the cups of Cuplock standards. The other end provides three positions for adjustable jacks at 1.2 m, 1.25 m, and 1.3 m from the centerline of the standard, offering flexible support options.
